MetaFil, our predecessor - was established to develop solutions for the shipping industry with focus on the environmental challenges on top of intergovernmental regulators (IMO) the agenda at the time. Regulations on Emissions to Air, Ship Recycling as well Ballast Water management were in development. We got tired of writing legislative proposals and decided to develop solutions instead, Ballast Water being on top of our agenda

OceanSaver was born and became the first Ballast Water Management System applying electrolysis as primary treatment to be approved under both IMO as well as US Coast Guard regulations. In addition to drafting all OceanSaver IP, we developed the technology and got it approved. The rest is history....
